This is Kylie Gail and she was born in Dec. of 2006. She is from Chongqing, China. She is not yet in school. She has a similar sn as our daughter Lilly Rose. The SWI (orphanage) she is from is very strict and will not give us an update or allow her to have a care package until be receive the LOA. Still months away. So we wait and wonder. These pictures (except the one at the top) were taken when she was in therapy a couple of years ago.
